We all know the story's and legions of monsters that we can't explain. Some of us know the rituals to summon these creatures. Others stay well away from them all together. And most don't believe that they exist. Well I'm here to tell you that they exist. But first I have to ask what type of person are you. Are you the type that believe in monsters or one that shuts them out not wanting to waste your time. I figure that since your still here that I sparked your interest. Well let me tell you something that happened to me. You might say that I made it up but believe me every word is the truth. Let me tell you something first I was 5 and you might already be thinking I made it up but I don't and this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. One day a long time ago when I was 5 my mom took me to the beach. We lived in California so we would come to the beach a lot. We planned to spend the night there so we brought a tent blankets and pillows along with our bathing suits. After we setup the tent I -as most children who love the water - went running into the water. I couldn't swim so I stayed knee deep. When it was time to go to bed hours later we went into the tent. My mom and I went to bed. Later that night I woke up from the sound of rain and quickly woke my mom. She told me to try to go to sleep that it was just a little bit of water. I tried to get back to sleep but as the night progress the rain got harder and harder ponding on the tent. Out of nowhere I see something I could have sworn that only happens in cartoon's. What I could only describe as a very large ball hit the top of the tent and bounced off. Since your still reading this your either like my true story or laughing at me. Well I'll continue. I eventually fell asleep and the next day I told my mom what happened and asked if I could go look for it. She told me to go ahead and I started to wonder in the direction I thought it went. I was about to go back but I convinced myself to go a little further. I stopped dead and start to smile. I found it. It was the same size. But I was terrified that I found it. It was in the shape of a ball but it was a very dark black with what I can only describe as colorful glass. I wanted to touch it but was scared. I went back to my mom and she asked if I found it. I said maybe tomorrow. But I know that I will never go looking for it. Well maybe but I know that It will be a long time until I go back to that beach.
